On March 14, a.c., Bisop Anton Cosa has appointed a new composition of the Council of “House of Providence” Charitable Foundation. As the Chairman of the Council there was appointed Mons. Benone Farcaș, Vicar General of Roman-Catholic Diocese. Father Ștefan Socaciu, parish priest of “St. Alois Scrosoppi” community and Otilia Sîrbu, director of Caritas Moldova are also the members of the Council

The key functions of the Council are:
• determination of the principal direction of Foundation’s activity in line with statutory objectives;
• amendments and additions to the Articles of Association
• approval of annual financial statement and budget;
• approval of annual report of the audit committee;
• approval of report of Foundation’s Director;
• contribution to formation and increase of Foundation’s financial funds.
